The seat is new because, for aesthetic reasons, I preferred the trim line on the tank to be continued in the seat. The original two-tone double seat is included.
The performance-enhancing twin-pipe silencer system (Keihan) delivers approx. 6 kW more and is made entirely of stainless steel. A sample certificate is available for this silencer system.

The motorcycle is registered in Monaco and is also located there. I had registered the motorcycle in Germany until 2000. A copy of the old German registration is available.

Also included is a “treat” for BMW nostalgics: an original BMW workshop sign from the 1950s. It is a highly sought-after enamel sign with a diameter of 60 cm. Market value € 800,00

Reason for sale:
I was born in 1951, slightly older than most of the motorcycles in my collection. The BMW is now too heavy for me and I prefer my Yamaha SR 500 from 1980 with only 160 kg.
The price of EUR 7,900 is negotiable, and I am also prepared to pay 50% of the transportation costs, as not everyone lives in Monaco.

Die Sitzbank ist neu, weil ich aus ästhetischen Gründen bevorzugte, dass die Zierlinie am Tank in der Sitzbank weitergeführt wurde. Die originale zweifarbige Doppelsitzbank liegt bei.
Die leistungssteigernde Doppelrohr-Schalldämpferanlage (Keihan) liefert ca. 6 kW mehr und ist vollständig aus Edelstahl gefertigt. Für diese Schalldämpferanlage liegt ein Mustergutachten vor.

Das Motorrad ist in Monaco zugelassen und steht auch dort. Der "Contrôle Technique" (HU in Deutschland) wurde frei von Mängeln durchgeführt. Bis zum Jahr 2000 hatte ich das Motorrad in Deutschland angemeldet. Eine Kopie der alten deutschen Zulassung liegt vor.

Beigegeben wird noch ein „Leckerbissen“ für BMW Nostalgiker: ein originales BMW-Werkstatt-Schild aus den 50er Jahren. Es ist ein sehr gesuchtes Email-Schild mit einem Durchmesser von 60 cm. Marktwert € 800,00

Verkaufsgrund:
Geboren bin ich 1951, also etwas älter als die meisten Motorräder in meiner Sammlung. Die BMW ist mir nun zu schwer, und ich bevorzuge meine Yamaha SR 500 von 1980 mit nur 160 kg.
