Registered new Aug 2022. UAE import Left Hand Drive Land Cruiser GRJ78. Fitted with the durable 1-GR Gasoline V6 engine which offers almost identical economy as the 1HZ and 1VD (V8) diesel engine options. (I get around 20 mpg 14l/100km average and 25mpg 11l/100km or more cruising).



Full conversion including Alu-Innovations (South Africa) pop top supplied and installed by their EU agent in Germany. The roof offers the usual extended headroom and double bed with easy access to main cabin and bug out.



Darche 270 awning, offers maximum shade/shelter as one of the few awnings with a forward folding section extending forward to the front door and bonnet. A shower cube awning completes the outside space. Both these awnings are mounted on custom made stainless steel brackets.



The vehicle has the original front factory fitted winch now within an Australian ECB aluminium bumper bar which has been painted black and modified to fit the factory winch. Fitted with Factor 55 winch Hawse, Baja Designs front fog lights and Stedi driving lights. The winch is fitted with Marlow Dyneema rope. (The OE bumper will also be supplied and can be easily refitted if required)



To the rear a custom made bumper contains a rear winch fitted with Dyneema rope and has a swing away wheel carrier to take the weight from the rear door hinges. Both winches run through a Blue Sea heavy duty marine isolator switch.



Interior build includes full sound deadening and insulation. Carpenter built interior cabinets from lightweight laminate poplar ply. The seating converts to a lower double bed space and has ample storage beneath. A 10 litre hot water tank is heated from the engine via a calorifier with the option to run from a 12/240V immersion heater when parked for any length of time. A 45 litre cold water tank is mounted under the rear of the vehicle so does not encroach on interior space, it’s design is such as to not affect the departure angle of the vehicle for off-road use. Hot and cold water are supplied via marine deck shower unit which can be used inside and out as a mixer tap and shower head.



‘House’ power is supplied by 2 x 100Ah LiFePo batteries with full BMS and Bluetooth connection to a phone app. Power management is via Victron Energy DC-DC and solar MPPT controller which is linked to 270W of solar panels fixed to roof. Control of interior electrics is via a flush mounted Blue Sea switch panel. A Wallas diesel powered combined hob and air heater provides cooking and interior warmth. A SnoMaster 67litre dual zone fridge freezer gives ample fresh food storage. The natural wood worktop is locally sourced Sequoia with the live edge making a beautiful feature. An offcut of this makes a fold down table on the rear door.



Custom made internal window grilles on the rear side windows allow ventilation whilst maintaining security. Bug screens are supplied for both the side windows and rear door opening.



Terrain Tamer suspension upgrade with parabolic rear springs and AAA Australia custom airbags at the rear for an excellent ride quality. Hutchinson two piece military specification forged alloy wheels with 255/80 R17 Cooper STT Maxx tyres. ARB dual air compressor built in.



Kenwood touch screen head unit with CarPlay and Android Auto. BMW M3 seats (Originals supplied) for comfort. 4x4 Assist custom door and console storage solutions.



Meticulously thought through design and built for full time living/travelling. No corners cut, top quality components used throughout this build. Virtually in as new condition and low mileage.
