Schitterende en inmiddels zeldzame Bright Red Volvo 850 2.3 R automaat met de B5234T5 5-in-lijn motor (177 kW /241 pk) uit 04-1997. Dit exemplaar betreft een van de laatste geleverde Volvo 850’s en heeft een relatief lage kilometerstand van 196.100. De auto is voorzien van het beige alcantara/leder interieur met mooie berkenhouten panelen. De auto is ook voorzien van een zeldzame zwarte SC-805 premium sound system met CD speler.

De Volvo 850 R werd in 1996 geintroduceerd als opvolger van de Volvo 850 T-5R en behoort met de heerlijke 20-klepper 5 cylinder motor tot één van de iconische sportieve Volvo's.

De auto is in origineel in Japan geleverd en in 2015 geimporteerd naar Nederland. De auto is voorzien van zeer veel documentatie die de lage kilometerstand onderbouwd. Ook is de kilometerstand in overeenstemming met de computer van de auto (ECU).

De APK is geldig tot 07-2025. Distributieriem vervangen bij kilometerstand 194.808. De auto is voorzien van een werkende climate control, de auto heeft recent nog een aircoservice gehad. De banden voor zijn nieuw (Bridgestone Potenza met 8 mm profiel) en banden achter hebben 5 mm profiel. Er is de laatste jaren veel vernieuwd: brandstofpomp, dynamo, schokdempers voor en voorveerpootlagers, aandrijfashoezen, aircopomp, carterventilatie en recent de hemelbekleding en de motorsteun. Alle rekeningen ter inzage.

Ik heb de auto hobbymatig gereden, maar door gezinsuitbreiding en het daarmee samenhangende tijdgebrek heb ik besloten de auto aan de volgende liefhebber te verkopen.

Superb and rare Bright Red Volvo 850 2.3 R automatic with the B5234T5 5-in-line engine (177 kW /241 hp) from 04-1997. The car is one of the last Volvo 850s delivered and has a relatively low mileage of 196.100. The car features the beige alcantara/leather interior with beautiful birch wood panels. The car is also equipped with a rare black SC-805 premium sound system with CD player.

The Volvo 850 R was introduced in 1996 as the successor to the Volvo 850 T-5R and, with its delightful 20-valve 5-cylinder engine, is one of the iconic sporty Volvo cars.

The car was originally delivered in Japan and imported to the Netherlands in 2015. The car comes with a lot of documentation underpinning its low mileage. Also, the odometer reading is in accordance with the car's computer (ECU).

The MOT is valid until 07-2025. Timing belt has been replaced at mileage 194.808. The car is equipped with a working climate control, the car recently has had an air conditioning service. The front tyres are new (Bridgestone Potenza with 8 mm profile) and rear tyres have 5 mm profile. Much has been renewed in recent years: fuel pump, alternator, front shock absorbers and front strut bearings, drive shaft covers, A/C pump, crankcase ventilation and recently the headliner and engine mount. All bills are available for inspection.

I have driven the car hobbyistically, but due to family expansion and related lack of time, I have decided to sell the car to the next enthusiast.
