Sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme und auch beim unangemeldeten Besuch zur Besichtigung hat man sich Zeit genommen und Fragen beantwortet. Leider haben mich einige kleinere Dinge am Fahrzeug vom Kauf abgehalten.

I chose this professional because the ad mentioned the car was accident free and car serviced and warranted in Europe. Let’s talk about the good points: -the lounge is really gorgeous with a lot of beautiful cars; -The salesman was very nice and helpful to give me all the information I needed to make my car registered in France. - the car was really nice looking - I tested the car for 10’ and all seems good - the warranty is “full coverage “ as the salesman told me Now the bad points: - the car has got an accident when I run a carfax ( big surprise for me, not for the salesman) - the car has been said serviced : the spark candles have not been changed for 10 years?!? How a professional can sell a car with spark candles so old?!? - I got a big issue with the clutch and flying wheel after driving 2000 kms… More than 2000€ of repairs. - the warranty ( full coverage as I believed) did not cover this kind of issue - no words from the autolounge garage to take a part of the spending. This is my experience and this experience may not reflect the hundreds of sales this garage is making a year; Anyway, I am really disappointed as it was my 3rd car bought in Germany and my first bad experience. Hope it helps the future buyers: -Run a carfax before buying - Read the warranty contract and all the exclusions - check the services - pray that everything goes right!
