Dear Mr. Thoger, thank you for your review. However allow me to inform you that it is unjust, unfair and not true. As soon as you bought the MINI we immediately asked for the scoop but we did not agree on a timeline for the delivery as this is something out of my control. And as you may know now with the current situation we are experiencing delays from all the suppliers. Then as soon as we received it we informed you accordingly and sent you all the pictures and information. We did not mean to ignore your calls or emails, because I was on my yearly holiday with my family, and as soon as we reopened again we contacted you immediately. So please do not write wrongful reviews because as you can see from others clients/reviews we are known for our honestly and for taking ownership and caring about our customers.
