Lorsqu'un acompte est reçu sur un véhicule et que celui-ci est en attente de financement nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas vous dire qu'il est disponible.
Nous laissons le temps à nos clients de faire plusieurs tentatives auprès de différentes banques pour leur financement et nous ne supprimons jamais nos annonces jusqu'à ce que le véhicule soit livré.
Dans ce cas, après quelques semaines, le financement a été définitivement refusé, le prix à été baissé et le véhicule a été vendu directement.
Nous avions égaré vos coordonnées et n'avons pas pu vous recontacter.
Nous nous excusons pour le désagrément et vous invitons à nous recontacter, si vous le désirez, pour en discuter de vive voix ou de passer au garage si vous êtes encore à la recherche d'un véhicule.

J’ai contacté ce garage pour une Nissan QashQai. La personne me dit que la voiture est réservée et que quelqu’un a versé un acompte pourtant l’annonce est en ligne. Je recontacte 1 semaine après, même réponse. 
1 mois après je vois que le garage a baissé le prix du véhicule et qu’ensuite il est parti. 
Pas professionnel du tout.

We had a wonderful experience with this dealer and we give them our highest recommendation!

We have been looking to buy a car within EU+Ch for a while. Our constraints were related to model, kms, and production year. This is a very complex problem because after initial selection from available ads and follow-up contact with sellers via email, WhatsUp and/or phone calls, we should decide whether to drive/fly several hundred or even up to 1500 kms to see the car. 

To make our decision to travel and to select potential cars we relied on what we learned from seller from communicating with him/her and reviews on AutoScout24 and Google, if available.  Based on our experience, customers' reviews on those platforms, both positive and negative, are very important because they inevitably contain, if not full, then some truth in them. 

In that light, we felt it was necessary to share our experience with Garage G.P Car - we have had an exceptional collaboration with the owner, Calogero, and his team. It is a family-owned business that takes pride in what they are doing. 

The real shape of the car was identical to the description in the ad as well as in our WhatsUp correspondence. He proved himself to be an exceptional professional and honest and trustworthy person. We traveled almost 1700km (by plane of course) to see and then buy the car from Calogero. 

When transaction was over, he did not turn his back on us, but stayed to guide us through a complex administrative procedure of exporting the car. It tells you a lot about how professionally they approach to their work.

To summarize, we are very glad we found the car we wanted in this specific company. We could not find better people to deal with. There is a noticeable difference between this company and all others we had contacted. The only limitation is whether they have the specific car you want for to buy.
