Waled Moursi
Today marks the 21th working day since I invoked the 24-month warranty. I am dismayed by the manner in which an official Mercedes-Benz dealer has handled this situation with a customer.
The service surrounding the purchase of this car was, unfortunately, far from professional and customer-oriented.
I would like to share my experience as a Mercedes-Benz customer with you.
I purchased a car valued at €40,000 from an official brand dealer, and I expected the following:
1. The car to undergo a thorough technical inspection.
2. The car to be cleaned both inside and out.
3. Adherence to the written agreements we made.
Regrettably, none of the above points were fulfilled.
The car was not subjected to a technical inspection:
1. The tires were significantly under-inflated, well below safe levels.
2. The Dynamic button turned to be defective.
3. The gas strut of the trunk was also faulty.
4. The car was delivered both internally and externally dirty until I made a remark about it.
5. They offered me 24 months guarantee, after the deal I found that they only 12 months.
I find it unacceptable that an official Mercedes dealer would sell a car in such condition. This is my fifth Mercedes Benz in a row and I have never had a car delivered bij a Mercedes Benz official dealer in such condition.
I have now been waiting for 3 work weeks for the agreed warranty to have the car repaired.
I am extremely disappointed in Hans Meier service.
