It has been a great experience buying the car at NES Handels. I'm Italian and I saw the advert online in Germany, a BMW i3 as I was looking for. I asked for further information about the vehicle and on the export procedure, the seller immediately inspired me trust and provided me with everything I needed, even by telephone, despite the Christmas holiday period.
